Make this week’s best dinner an easy nacho night recipe!

{INGREDIENTS}
1 bag of tortilla chips
1 15 oz container canned chicken
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of black beans
1 jar of salsa
1 container sour cream
2 avocados or 1 container store-bought guacamole
1 jar store-bought queso
{INSTRUCTIONS}
Start by preparing the meat. Drain the can of chicken and break apart until shredded consistency. Add to a separate bowl and mix well with taco seasoning. Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator to “marinate” for a few hours or overnight. Once meat has sat with seasoning and you’re ready to eat, open and drain beans. If using avocado, dice up both avocados. Assemble nachos by placing a heaping handful of chips on each plate. Top with desired portion of beans, chicken, cheese, and avocado/guacamole. Drizzle with warm queso, sour cream, and salsa. Dig in and enjoy!
Makes 4 servings.
