An easy meal made without an oven or stove. Add as many or as few toppings as you’d like! Keep it easy with just meat, cheese, lettuce, and beans. Or add some spice with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and queso!
{INGREDIENTS}
1 bag of tortilla chips
1 15 oz container canned chicken
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of black beans
1 jar of salsa
1 container sour cream
2 avocados or 1 container store-bought guacamole
1 jar store-bought queso
{INSTRUCTIONS}
Start by preparing the meat. Drain the can of chicken and break apart until shredded consistency. Add to a separate bowl and mix well with taco seasoning. Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator to “marinate” for a few hours or overnight. Once meat has sat with seasoning and you’re ready to eat, open and drain beans. If using avocado, dice up both avocados. Assemble nachos by placing a heaping handful of chips on each plate. Top with desired portion of beans, chicken, cheese, and avocado/guacamole. Drizzle with warm queso, sour cream, and salsa. Dig in and enjoy!
