
I love these bars with all my heart. What started as protein balls has morphed into a full on protein bar, which I start most days with! These are like a healthy Reese’s packed full of protein and fiber… plus a little sweetness.
{Ingredients}
2 cups oats (I like quick oats best)
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 ground flax seeds
1/2 cup chocolate chips
{Instructions}
Combine all ingredients together until they are mixed up well. Either roll into individual one-inch balls, or flatten out oat mixture into a 9 x 9 pan and chill in fridge for at least an hour. Cut and package individually to make for an easy breakfast or snack!
