Peanut Butter Berry Oatmeal

Spice up that boring bowl of breakfast with this peanut butter berry oatmeal recipe.

This recipe may not impress you at first glance, but oatmeal is a forgotten fan-favorite when it comes to filling breakfast options. I pack my bowl with protein and flavor, making an ordinary bowl of oats into an extraordinary kick-start to my day!

What makes this peanut butter oatmeal with berries so irresistible is its warm, comforting texture combined with the rich, nutty flavor of peanut butter and the tart-sweet burst of berries. Smooth peanut butter brings the perfect texture to this bowl of oatmeal. Top your meal with chia seeds, a drizzle of honey, or a splash of almond milk for extra creaminess. This recipe is ideal for meal prep or a quick morning fix. This high-protein oatmeal bowl keeps you full and focused, all while satisfying your taste buds with every spoonful.

{INGREDIENTS}

One packet original instant oats

2/3 cup whole milk (or any preferred milk/water)

2 heaping TBSP of peanut butter

10 large blueberries (sliced)

Sprinkle of cinnamon

{INSTRUCTIONS}

Place dry oats in a microwave-safe bowl with milk or water. Heat for one minute and thirty seconds in microwave. Stir well, then add peanut butter and combine again. I do not prefer any sweetener as I believe the milk and peanut butter add enough. Modify if necessary. Sprinkle top with blueberries and cinnamon.

Makes one serving.
